My goals for 2018

I have decided in my blog, to write a post at the beginning of each year to set myself some goals for 2018, and I will review these goals at the end of the year. So here goes!

Start blogging regularly.

I have had this site for a number of years but have never really stuck to a schedule and updated it, when it took my fancy. I am setting myself a challenge to blog at least 1-2 times a week. I just have to find some ideas on stuff to write?

Do more photography!

I have always enjoyed photography but I tend to only go out and take photos when I urge to take photos gets me. I am going to get out more in 2018 and complete some types of photography that I have never done before. Here’s to a few more early mornings…

Start a business.

I have always wanted to be my own boss and I have become increasingly frustrated and bored with my current job, so I am looking to get out in 2018. I have become more fascinated with YouTube and creating video content, over the last 12 months. I am going to try to figure out how to create videos which is completely new to me and produce some tutorials for YouTube to compliment the content on here. Here’s to trying to learn Adobe Premiere.

Be more positive/happy.

I have really struggled with my happiness and positivity over the last couple of years, so I have decided to look at everything with a positive attitude in the future, smile more and be more friendly. Say thank you a lot more?

Get fitter and healthier

I’ll confess, I have never been the healthiest person in the world and always struggled with my weight, but I have managed to lose 10% (that’s about 4 stone to you imperial folks out there) of my body weight over the last 2 years , and I would love to replicate this over the next 12 months. Lets get motivated.

I am writing this post for me to refer to when I lose track or focus, and as an act to motivate me to do better, and I hope that you can find motivation to do the same, why not share yours in the comments below.
